Shopping cart approval error

Hi all,

There are two shopping carts which has to be approved by a particular user and the work items are there in his inbox for approval, but when he tries to approve it, its showing the error has"Document contains errors- approval not possible", but i saw through the workflow and there are no errors.Could anyone help me out why its happeneing so

This might be a Service Shopping Cart.

When user select "Service"Shopping Cart under basic data he should select "Required On" but in your case he might have selected "Required Between"...and he might have given the date..

In such cases when approver tries to approve the cart he will encounter this error message"Document contains errors- approval not possible"

Just guide customer either to change the field under basic data of SC or else cancel the cart and create a new cart for the same requirement
