Quotation -> Sales order stage approval in terms of pricing / cost

I have a requirement where I need to get approval to create a sales order if the quotation item value is lesser then the certain amount of value.

Could you please guide me .How to achieve that?.

Hi

U can set status profile active in quotation.

so that it requires authorization for release to OR

img>sales and distribution>sales>sales documents>Define and assign status profile.

u can block all quotations which are created.

when ever u need as per ur requirement u can release status and do sales orders.

This can be achieved the Object Status:

GO to SD > Sales Documents> Define and assign the status profiles.

It is very simple steps where you can assign the profile to Sales Document Quotation:

Assign the same to the Users who would be assigning the status to these quotations.

They can simply take out a lists with a filter in the Net value of the quotation.

There is a report for sales documents by objects status V.26

There depending on the Level of the User assignemnets the Quotation would be said to be complete

Only the completed quotations can have orders created.
