Hi All,
I have a requirement where I need to develop a report to analyze costing, profit and loss at the quotation and sales order level.
Could you please guide me to achieve that?
Early replay would be appreciated .
Regards,
Sai
you have to create a condition type VPRS in the pricing procedure which would derive the material cost from the material master accounting 1 tab which is maintained and updated from time to time.
and then your net price would be deducted from the condition type VPRS which is statistical type, by doing this you can derive profit or loss at item level.

Dear Sai,
What Costing Method are you using for Costing (i.e. Unit Costing/ Product Costing) and Profitabilty analysis (i.e. COPA or Internal Order..?)
Go to:
Va02 --> Exras --> Costing
If you have maintained all the settings pertains to sale order costing i.e. in requirement class you have to maintain condition type line items you have to maintain EK01. You can sea the sale order costing VA02 from costing option u will get the costing
