Hi All,
While creating Shipment Cost Document, I encounter the following error, "Missing document item quantity assignments created".
Let me know the solution for the same.
Thanks

Hello Chethan ,
**********************************************************************************************************************
Check the Note # 357912 :
In TD shipment processing you have scheduled, loaded and delivered
quantities. If the shipment is Shipment cost relevant the calculation
can be carried out based on loaded quantities or based on delivered
quantities (Costing base). Before freight cost calculation the DocItem
Stage Quantity Assignment (O4L1) must be executed.
If it is based on delivered quantities there exists an unique assignment
to the delivery documents. Thus the delivered quantities are assigned.
**********************************************************************************************************************
TD Shipment Cost Document creation is possible only after
successful assignment of Document Item Quantity Assignment. TD shipment
costing has been designed in such a way to allow the process only after
ensuring this irrespective of whether the shipment cost type which
governs the shipment has stage level cost item categories or not and
irrespective of whether any partner(whose costs may be dependant on qty)
is there in shipment at stage level or not.
However, it is possible to satisfy the stringent requirement of the
Document Item Quantity Assignment by simulating a Load relevant item for
the missing assignment. We have provided a User Exit at the end of the
Document Item Quantity Assignment function module
OIG_F_ASSIGN_QUANT_BY_FIFO. Here, you can check for document items with
not assigned quantities in C_OIGSVIIS_TAB and then prepare all the
tables so that Document Item Quantity Assignment is complete.
