Rounding off.

Hello all,

We have 1 Excise Condition & 3 Cess. The value of Excise condition & 2 Cess is coming in decimal but the value of 3rd Cess is getting round off. The rounding rule in all 4 Cond Typ is blank. So why the value of only 1 Cess Cond Type is getting rounded off? We don't want rounding off.

Rgds.

PS: Is there any field "Condition Control" in V/06 or somewhere else?

Hi,

Check whether any routine is assigned to Alt. Calculation type. Normally there are standard routines available for Rounding off. they could have been assigned to the 3rd Cess Cond.type.

Thanks,

Dear Venkat,

Yes Routine 367 is assigned to the Cess Cond Typ which is being rounded off to the nearest rupee & routine 355 is assigned to the Excise Cond Typ which is not being rounded off. Which routine shd we select so that Cond val is not being rounded off.?

Thanx n hoping you will answer.

Hi,

Check for the Maintaining condition type weather the field Rounding off is filled.

Check weather you have any reference condition type attached to the one which is getting rounded off.

Also check Condition formula for alternative calculation type weather you specified any routine in the pricing procedure determination.

Check in Pricing Procedure "Condition formula for alternative calculation type" any routine assigned for the condition type in question.
