Dear Friends,
After completion of the implementation if the enduser is unable to process a transaction,how do we rectify that? are the consultants are authoorised to access the production server?...

consultant if required as per scenario will be doing in devolopment server.
If a major(HL tickets) issue is there consultant may do in production server also with due permission.

Hi,
After implementation,there will be a initial post production team to support issues.The super users or power users will escalate the issues to the support team.If there is some thing to do with the configuration then it will be tested in the Q& A and moved on the production.Production access will not be given to the consultants,if you really require u can ask for that.

After golive there will post golive support for 15day or according to the agreement the days will varies, Consultants will help them or There will b power users thy will help them. or There will b user manuals with the help of user manuals thy can do their works..
Some times consultants also will authorisation to work on production server...
