Can not get price on Sale order!

Hi SAP Experts,

Please help me in this problem,

i created a new sale order, but system can not get the net price althought i created material price for it!

step:

1.Create material price : 03NT001 : 11000 VND/EACH

2. Create SO :

item : 03NT001

Qty : 10

UOM: EACH

--> Net price : 0

HI viettq,

please do try to enter ur condition type manually in sales order.

if system is accepting then the problem is it is not picking up from records.

plz do check (tick)in required field in pricing procedure at PR00 condition type.

Also do check whether ur access sequence in PR00 is either PR01 or PR02.

Make it as PR02(Price with release status)

Hi,

Check whether reqt 2(item with pricing) maintained in pricing procedure.(vok0)

Check X(standard pricing) at pricing in control data.(vov7)

As you said that conditions are valid till 31.12.9999 may be above feilds has to check.Also Check item type in iten catagery(vov70

Hi there,

follow your advice, i checked and found that:

1. We using Price proceduce : PR0000- Condition Supplements for PR00

Condition type : PR00 with option:

- Manual : uncheck

- Required : uncheck

- Statictics : uncheck

2.Item Category in SO is "TAN" and the pricing value was set to "X -Pricing Standard"

3. in VK12 :

- item : 03NT001 : 11.000VND/each

- valid: 1.12.2008 --> 31.12.9999

- sale org: BP01

- Dis chnl : ND

During create SO, i used above data!

any solution please!

Hi Viettq

In your pricing procedure for the condition type PR00 check required and maintain the requirement 2 (Item with pricing)

Now go to VK12 and give the condition type PR00 and give the material name and give the UoM also .

Also check what UoM you have maintained for that material in MM02->sales orgn2

I found your configuration that you marked uncheck in Required column on pricing procedure... just put tick on Required and check again.

Hi there,

I set the option "Required =Y" and "Requirement = 2" in price procedure and recreate a new SO. System message that "Pricing error: Mandatory condition PR00 is missing"

In this case i can add more Condition type in "Create Sale Order : Item data" window (PR00) --> system get the right price.

So, how does system get automatic?

Go to VOV7, select your item category and execute. There ensure that you have maintained "X" for the field "Pricing".

There are 3-Major checks:

1. Pricing Procedure (T. Code: V/08)

Check with your PP, whether Condition Type (say, PR00) is properly maintained with Proper Steps and all the Column-entries.

2. Condition Type (T. Code: VOV6)

Check for your Condition Type (say, PR00), whether its maintained as "Manual-entry" or "Automatic-entry" under Tab: Changes which can be made

3. Condition Record (T. Code: VK11/ 12)

For your Condition Type (say, PR00); check whether Proper Record (i.e. Customer/ Material within appropriate Org.Data - Sales Org and Dist. chnl), has been maintained and with "Active Validity Period"

Please check your pricing date in your Sales Order, whether it's still in the validity date of pricing master (tcode VK12/VK13).

The Condition valid from 01.12.2008 to 31.12.9999 and the price date on SO is 31.12.2008,
