CCR Report - CIF Error

Hi,

CCR Report is showing Purhcase Orders Missing in APO,when I push them to APO they don't go.It is with Error Code : CIF181...Schedule line does not exist in APO.

What could be correction for it .

Hi,

Afte checking queues, check if u have activated postporocessing and entries in /SAPAPO/CPP. Try to push entries from there to APO. If not, then check the detailed error message in /SAPAPO/C3.

Hi Manish,

This error will happen if purchase orders are deleted manually or through system background jobs either in R/3 or in APO which resulted in this. This error will not get iterated because the deletion occured in the source(origin) area(R/3 or APO) where purchase orders are created

After clearing queues, try iterating, if not goes, check whether those POs are really required for planning. If not, delete those manually from R/3.

Hi Manish,

"Schedule line does not exist in APO" is a general error in CCR report. Can you check in APO inbound queue(smq2) if there is a CIF block when you push the order to APO in CCR?
