Java Stack not starting up com.sap.security.core.ume.service failed

In solution manager 7.0 ,Java Stack is not starting up.While ABAP stack is working fine.

std_server0.out showing com.sap.security.core.ume.service failed I am pasting under the file

com.sap.engine.frame.ServiceException: Start of UME service failed. Check help topic "Start of UME Service Failed". Technical details: SNC required for this connection

why it is asking for SNC ,However it was working fine before

Hello,

Please check the J2EE_ADMIN user credentials in both ABAP and Security provider,

It should be same in both the places.Please make sure that the password sholud be same in both the places.

Check whether the user is locked ?
