Un Metered Billing

Dear All,

Could any one provide How to configure un metered Billing where Flat scheduled charges applied?

Ex. Trash billing, Water (un metered)

This scenario there is no technical and billing installation.

Hi KK,

In order to bill the installation on the Flat rate, you need to design your rate steps as per the requirement.

For example if you have two different type of connection, 2 KWH & 4KWH in your system, then in this case you need to have an operant (REFVAL) in the installation fact, which will lead to appropriate rate calculation.

In order to trigger right rate determination you need to do either of follwoing:

You can define a rate type in the rate facts or the rate category facts of a reference value.

Hi,

In this case you still need to execute the meter reading order creation transaction (EL01) to be able to create a billing order.

For unmetered installation only billing order will be created.

Hi,

You still need to execute EL01 for meter reading order creation. This will lead to generation of billing order only (Just like EDM relevant devices)
