how to do the client refresh?

To do this you need to do a client delete and need to do a copy please check the below links :

Hi Ram,
Client copyies are of three types.
1. Local client copy ( t-code:SCCL)
2. Remote client copy ( t-code:SCC9 )
3. Client transport ( t-code:SCC8 & SCC7 )
If your are creating new client goto SCC4 and create client entry and choose the type of client copy you required. For Local client copy and Remote client copy you need to login in target client and provide the details of soucre system and type of profile. For Client transport you need to login to source system, create TP, import and do post processing.
