I have one question. Is the SAP Solution Manager a multiclient system?
Example:
In client 050 iworks the CUA, in client 999 works the service desk etc.

Yes, Solution Manager is a multi client system, But there are some constraints for the few scenarios in Solution Manager.
Like Solution Monitoring, Project Management , Change Request Management are client independent.
