Download basket content could not read

Dear Consultant

I have downloaded and installed the SAP download manager. I have

configured the download manager and the screen shot for configuration

is

attached. During the runing of download manager. I am getting the below

messages:

"The basket content could not ne read. The following exception occurred:Unable to read data from the SAP Service Marketplace: Check your settings and try again"

But I am getting the below message before getting error as below: The

message show thatit is connecting but could not redirect to the respective url

Requestyou to please provide the solution: The system details are as

below

1.Operating System : Window XP (SP2)

2. Java Run Time Version 1.4.2_19

You have to check the Java version, the download basket will check for compatible Java version.

Hello Vimal,

make sure if you are using proxy then you have maintained the same into downoad manager and second thing is just make sure that patch which you have selected for download is not pending for approval list.

These two things you have to make sure,

I have checked nothing like this ..

This is error coming as a socket error.

I have downgraded the java ..but still getting the same

error.
