internal error solar 001 in service desk creation

iam trying to configure service desk

i have activated all services and even activated all bc set required for service desk

when i go to transaction dswp and click on get sap componet

i recive error inertnal error solar 001

iam really not able to understand the error as sap oss connection is ok

all services are active

please help

Hello

I hope you have selected Expert mode and Overwrite All Data options,and proceeded according to SAP Note 898614 for activating ALL the BC Sets required for further transactions .If not then take a glance at it .Then proceed for assigning the number ranges for notifications.
