Report....glcodes

Dear Experts,

Is their any possibility....to see particulat report...what are the glcodes...and costelement.. are assigned.

Plz expalin in steps.

Not sure abt the report but tables SKA1 and CSKA will give you the list of G/L and cost element resp.

For G/L line items you can see S_ALR_87012282 and for cost elements KA23 would give the complete list as per selection.

Tcode-- S_ALR_87013531 - Costs/Revenues/Expenditure/Receipt

costs By cost element:

Tcode -- S_ALR_87013542 - Actual/commitment/Total/Plan in CO area currency

S_ALR_87013543 - Actual/Plan comparison: Periods

You can use KA23 to display the cost elements in master data. You need to mention the range.

This are the reports for list

S_ALR_87012328 - G/L Account List

KA23 - Cost Elements: Master Data Report ( give range / * as input )

But I guess your requirement is to get list of G/L in that which g/l is backed / assigned by which cost element. Please confirm.

Hemanth......It means..through tables only we can find Gl.

Amit.....Actually we want to find all glcodes for particular report...(Some Z Reports also)

Plz confirm me whether we can see glcode ...CE.....for report.(in any view).

Actually we r facing these issue due to some reports its not picking correct values.(Zreports)
