Hi Surya,

BP monitores generally access by Adminstrator role....

URL's of SUS....... basically this will be accessed by vendors..nothing but our orgnatsation will give our portal access to vendor to perform business trasacation by the vendor....

CCM: generally access by adminsarator role....in ccm we have different roles like..below..

/CCM/CATALOG_APPROVER

/CCM/CATALOG_MANAGER

/CCM/CATALOG_SEARCH
