Document flow- va02

Dera Gurus,

Our business scenario is like this:

Sales document1 (OR) sales document2 (ZOR) Invoice (F2).

I created one sale document1 (OR)

I created sales document2 (ZOR) w.r.t sales document1 (OR), but when I check the document flow of sales document2 I am not getting the sales document1 details in the document flow.

But when I check document flow for sales document1 I am getting the sales documnet2 details.

From VBFA table I am getting sales document 1 & 2 details.

But I am not getting the sales document1 details in the document flow of sales document2.

Can anybody give the solution please?

First of all, I am not clear on your requirement as to why you want two sale orders. Nevertheless, go to VTAA, select both the order types and ensure that you have checked the box "Update document flow".

In our business scenario sales document2 is just like billing request.

we create sales document1 only once and we create sales doc2 everymonth w.r.t sales document1.

i checked the the box "Update document flow" in VTAA for the above document types, in that box 'X' has been maintained.for few f sales document2 types iam getting the document flow.

so i think there is no problem with this.

but for couple of sales document2 iam not getting the document flow, but iam getting the preceding document for these documents from VTFA table.

what could be the problem please advise me.

Hi

In VTAA in document flow kindly put 2 instead of X and see.

Because this will allow document flow otherthan qtn and order

It looks something strange behavior of the system.

Still, request you to check

- COpy controls between these documents, not sure whether this may solve your problem.

-Check change mode of Sales order 2 & check doc flow

Is it first time, happening like this?
