Turnoff Email Notifications

Hi,

I want to turn off the email notifications to only some users...and each user is in different Org Structure....

How can we do it...Please help me out...

Hi Janaki ram,

Please go to t-code pposa_bbp (org structre) and select corresponding user attributes ..

Select the user attribute (Flag: Foward work item) remove value 'X'. if it is inherited from top then select exculded check box then users will not receive notifcation e-mails.

Thanks for the replies.

We are on SRM 4.0, the solution you gave will work in SRM 5.0, i tried the same solution in SRM 4.0 and it didnt worked...

Please help me as how we do the same solution in SRM 4.0...I looked at couple of OSS Notes, but no luck...

Please check once again in your attributes also that field exist.....please do the same and logoff and login....
