reason that people get logged off in one location after 5 minutes

Hello

I wander what could be the reason that people get logged off in one location after 5 minutes regardless having parameter "rdisp/gui_auto_logout" set to "14400".

Could this be something in SAP?

Hi,

I faced a problem like this in a client and the problem was at the firewall, probably is not the same in your situation but does not looks like an auto logout from SAP system. What kind of connection do you have with that location? is the same in all others? is the same connection hardware used? GUI version are the same?

Have you tried using niping program?
