Error in SAP Menu ????????

Hi everyone.

I have got this.

I try to access the system BWQ, when i launch the sap gui the top menu appears as:

Users ?????????????? ??????????????

if i logon into the system in all the sap screens the las two options of the menus appears like ????????

does any one knows the solution for this?

Hi,

Is this happening only from your id or from your computer

I remember this issue happening once for me for every users. then I found out that the database size was low. I increased it and restarted SAP. everything went fine after that

This is a very frequent problem specially after patching a system...

Simply go to the affected transaction and click on System ->Status -> under SAP Data, double click on GUI -> in the next screen select Application Toolbar and click on "Activate"

That will fix the menu.

No changes to the DB required (This is not a DB issue)... just follow the intructions i gave you above.

I follow your instructions and activate SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION and SESSION_ADMIN but the problem stills there.

Any other idea?

Hi everyone.

My problem has been solved, it was a kernel error it was not updated, i update to patch level 260 and it is working fine.
