Maintenance procedure stops at step I

Hello!

I create new maintenance Optimizer procedure, but at step I (Plan Maintenance) procedure status is "saved" and I cannot get over to step II (Select Files).

Antonina,

This is because "Product Version" is not selected in step 1(Plan Maintenance). So select one product(system) which you want to apply support package or patch and save.

It is dropdown list which will list all your products(systems) maintained under the "Solutions Landscape" of "Solution Landscape Maintenance".

If the dropwown list is empty then first maintian your "Solution Landscape Maintenance".

Revert back if you have still issues.
