Billing element

Dear Experts,

In cj20nu2026..

I want to keep only in headeru2026.as Billing element.

All child WBS should be in Gray billing element.

User should not change.

Plz provide me some inputs.

In OPUK select influencing filed as "level" and enter in the content filed "2" and make Billing element as Displayed or Hidden.

U can do the same upto max levels that u can expect in the structure.

Note: While entering the level in the content filed the number should be right aligned and there should not be any zeros (wrong:002). U can entere as space, sapce and 2.

I was thinking on the same line, but say structure is vey complex than we have to define for the more no. of levels. Is there any workaround so, we need not to define large no of levels.

Problem occurs when say we have defined up to 10 levels and they have used more than that, in this case it will not work out.

I know problem is solved with approach described by you.

Experts : My querry is for all the cases when we have to give nos. manually, I mean instead of giving no. can it be possible to give range with some work around

in that case there is one way

in opuk set billing element as display only without any influences - this means that users cannot change anything - use templates with level 1 set as billing elements to create projects - downside you cannot change billing element midway in the project, which in a way is good
