COMMUNICATION_FAILURE problem

Dear all,

I am trying to send a document to webservice through business connector. I am getting this exception:

com.wm.pkg.sap.BCException: COMMUNICATION_FAILURE java.net.UnknownHostException: xxx.xx.xxx.xx.b2btest.

Can u please tell me what might be the reasons. Already host is configured in BC and connecting succesfully.

One option is that the OS can't resolve the URL. You can check this by entering the URL in the OS of the business connector.

Alternatively, you can choose to communicate using an IP address.
