Hi!

We would like to set up an analysis for sattelite systems in SAP Solution Manager.

When we start to create an analysis we get the error:

No workload data in EWA service sessions for system

Meanwhile the EWA service sessions have been set up.

What do I miss on sattelite system?

Thank you very much!

regards

Holger

Dear Friend,

It is a Technical mandatory requirement to have EWA report for previous month available then only you can create the analysis.

In addition,

If you have the EWA available but still getting the same error, check the following note.

Note 1275067 - Workload data is not available if a period exists

Pls assign Pts.

Hi!

Many thanks for your answer.

>It is a Technical mandatory requirement to have EWA report for previous month available then only you can create the analysis.

Is that a must condition or can we neglate it?

Thank you very much!

Dear Holger,

This is a mandatory condition or pre-requisite needed.

Because when the workload data is available in the analysis you get the values for the transactions corresponding.

Pls assign pts and close the thread,

Hi!

Many thanks.

2 Last questions:

1) Do I need the ST-SER component on the satellite system as well?

2) How can test whether or not the workload data is available and will be send to SAP Solution Manager?

Do I need to investigate the EWA send to SAP Solution Manager and or execute the tcode ST03N from the satellite system?

Many thanks!

regards

Holger

Hi,

Please check [this document|https://websmp110.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700000742082007E/SP13_WA_TbleShoot.pdf].

This should tell you how to check if you get WA Data.

Feel Free to revert back.
