delivery problem

dear all

when iam trying to create delivey iam getting this error message :- create delivery not allowed (sys . status cost , object vb012100122000020)

order id make to order

in va02 i can see delivery block ststus :- blocked , how to release this status

quantity is confirmed

Hi rahul

Check wheather the delivery block has been assigned in schedule line or not . or else manually remove the delivery block by going to VA02.->schedule line data

Go to VA02->item data->account assignment tab->check the object status tab may because of that only it is giving error

Hi,

Kindly check the VD05 for block and unblock. check the VkM3 if any credit block.

Kindly check the log by doing delivery from va02

Dear Rahul

First in sales overview screen, check whether any delivery block is set there. If not, click from top menu bar "Goto -- Header -- Status". Again click on "Object Status" and check whether any block is set. If so, you can change the status here.

Plz check delivery date of your order. Make sure you are creating delivery on or after delivery date.

Hi,

Goto Overview, Delivery block exists at tab Sales.

Just change the delivery block value to blank.
