Reg : Login into the netweaver system after license got expired

HI all ,

The J2ee-ora license has expired .I am trying to login into visual administrator but it is not allowing me to do so.If i get the permanent license how should i apply the license .can anybody please help me out .

Hi,

When ever Java Instance license expires the instance will automatically goes down. You need to restart the instance and will be up for only 30 min. In the mean time you need to finish of our work like applying license.

In you scenario might be your administrator user account got locked. Please unlock the same and try to logon to visual admin.

I am trying to login into visual administrator.But i am getting an errror message.So shud i activate sap* and then login into visual administrator and then apply license ?

Hi,

First Activating the Emergency User sap* and login to system unlock the administrator user and then deactivate the Emergency user sap*.

Hi,

you can activate Emergency user sap* by using configtool .if you enable sap* user then Nobody can login to the system so, after resetting the administrator password you must disable the sap*.
