Yes you can do but this one is MM To FI integration. Plant wise you can determined the G/L Accont and Cost Centre as you required
the Menupath is
1). SPRO - IMG - LOGISTIC EXECUTION - TRANSPORTATION - SHIPMENT COST - SETTLEMENT - AUTOMATIC G/L ACCOUNT DETERMINATION
2). SPRO - IMG - LOGISTIC EXECUTION - TRANSPORTATION - SHIPMENT COST - SETTLEMENT - AUTOMATIC DETERMINATION OF CO ASSIGHNMENTS
It may Help you,

Dear Sameer,
Go through this IMG path do the cost center assignments Valuation area (Plant) wise.
SPRO --> IMG --> Logistics execution --> Transportation -->Shipping costs --> settlement --> Automatic determination of CO assignments.
You can do assignments like this.
Valuation areaBusiness areaCost center
1.GB80 + Business area + 51001 4001
2.GB81 + Business area + 51001 4002
I hope this will help you,
