Hi Anil

As of now, there is no certification exam on SAP POS. Only guides and technical references are available at the moment.

You can find the official curriculum for SAP for Retail, including the curriculum for SAP POS, via the global SAP Education website: http://www.sap.com/services/education/catalog/industry/retail.epx

Alternatively, you can also access the full SAP for Retail curriculum via http://service.sap.com/retail.

An SAP POS assessment (this will be course code IRT790) is currently in development (planned availability: Q2/Q3 2009), so pls check the above websites for updates.
