error in JDBC reciever

my interface is Proxy to JDBC, i am getting a error in run time workbench, in message monitoring as system error , i am not getting any other details , just it is saying system error

there is one similar problem that I have discussed for RFC --XI to JDBC.

Check the audit log in RWB -> Message monitoring and you will get the detailed error. This may happen when your receiver is unable to get the data from XI. There could be several related reasons. Like, datatbase server is down, some connectivity problem.

Have you configured your reciever JDBC adapter correctly in communication Channel like DATABASE CONNECTION and everything.

It may be case if you are using proxy at the senser side you have to look for some configuertaion parameters that are must
