Thanks for your input.I am looking into the documnt you suggested.

I have a small query.Can we directly go from SRM 3.0 to SRM 5.0? Or do v need to go to Like

SRM 3.0 -> SRM 4.0-> SRM 5.0. I am a novice in these concepts.

Please suggest.

You can very well upgrade to SRM 5.0 directly from SRM 3.0.

Well! is there any specific steps need to folowed for the upgrade.I have refered the guides in service market place.But, i am looking for some real time steps/documents for the same.

Unfortunately, there are no step-by-step guides as far as I have known. But the documents listed below in the the [SRM SMP URL|https://websmp206.sap-ag.de/upgrade-srm] pretty much covers all required information.
