Hello All,

Say i have 10 open sales order and 15 delivery notes in my legacy system, which needs to be migrated in SAP before Go Live, what would be the target fields in SAP for above 2 scenarios.

Hi,

For Sales Order, you should check the mandatory fields in t-code VA01/VA02.

And Delivery Order, please check t-code VL01N/VL02N for the mandatory fields.

thankyou for your reply, did you mean mandatory field from Incompletion log for sales doc & delivery?, could you please elaborate it a little more about it .

Hi,

Yes, you need to enter these mandatory fields, so that nothing will be shown in incompletion log.

Just try create a transaction, you will see what is the mandatory fields on that transaction.
