Can anybody give some idea/link about SAP PI roadmap for next 2-3 years.

Thanks for your advice, I allready searched SDN and Service Marketplace before posting it here.

(I studied your given link, It seems to be of MAY-2006 where as I required for future release-After Dec-2008)

The same version PI 7.1 would continue to stay for few more years. Enhancement package 1 is the latest release which would be available soon AFAIK. Then in future I guess there would be further release of packages like EhP2 and so on.

HI,

As you might be knowing current SAP PI release is of PI 7.1.

now as per my understanding there will be SAP Enhancement Packages in future instead of new releases.

SAP had introduced the enhancment package strategy.

I allready implemented PI 7.1 successfully, but I am confused because SAP released Enhancement pack-1 within 6 months. So I want to know SAP's future plan .

What is the point of confusion? There would always be enhancement to earlier versions. Here is the exact roadmap.

Hi Prateek,

nice link, there is no confusion about enhancement but customer is arguing that if the product has these much frequent enhancements/upgradation than why are you not giving us the release plan for next 2-3 years.

anyway thanks, I will suggest them to ask SAP about this.
