Customer search

I have tried VCUST, F.20 and VC/1,, but there is no option where i can search with criteria, as who has created the customer, i want a list of customer created by me

Dear Rishi,

Try with This:

T. Code: SE16

Table: KNA1

Execute the report (F8).

On to next sccreen, go to (menu-bar) Settings --> Format List --> Choose Fields

De-select all the Fields and now select only:

MANDT - Client (SAP-Client)

KUNNR - Customer (Code)

Name1 - Customer Name

ORT01 - City

LAND1 - Country

ERNAM - Created By

(You may select more Fields, as reqd.).

Try this report S_ALR_87012179.

Click on dynamic selections (Shift+F4).

Left hand side, Double click on created by and created on fields. These fields will move to right hand side.

Enter user name and execute. Company code (optional)

Goto F.20 and click on the icon Dynamic Selection on the application tool bar and you will get the selection option.

Use t.code VC/7 the sales summary or MASS to change the data and there you can check who has changed the data and who has created the earlier data also

Hi rishi

In MASS you can see who has changed which feild .But you can see in customer master record also that who has changed

For example in CMR-> sales area data->Menu>Environment->feild changes (t.code VC/2) here you can see when the particular feild has been changed on which date etc
