Hi Gurus,
I have created condition records with VV3. But when i tried to print the invoice numbers from example 1 to 100 for a customer using t.code VF31 iam not able to prinout all invoices on single execution. Instead after seleting the range, then i have to execute each time to print each invoice. Can anybody tell how to print all the selected invoices on single execution.
Thanks in Advance
MM
Hi MM
For the output type you might have assigned a smartform and in that smartform you can schedule time on job and schedule time off job. then maintain Schedule time on job and Schedule time off job for generating the outputs for the invoice customers (1 to 100).So during that time the outputs will be generated
Make sure that you have maintained the condition record also

Hi Mohan
In VF31 T code select
Output type : say RD00
Transmission medium : 1
Sort order ; 01
processing mode: 1(for print)/2 (for re-print)
Billing Document range : 1 to 100
check order/delivery related as applicable
and then execute.
OR
T Code SE38 enter RSNAST00 and execute. Enter
Output application : V3 (for billing)
Object Key: 1 to 100
Output type : RD00
Transmission medium: 1
Execute.
hope this solve your problem.

Hi,
I hope you are giving '2' in processing mode field in the initial screen of VF31. I have tried to issue output for multiple billing documents via VF31 and its working fine for me... means I am able to print the multiple billing documents via VF31... Just check from your end on above point.
