Dear Pranav
You can create as many deliveries as you can against one sale order provided, you have not checked the box "Complete delivery reqd by law" of Shipping tab in customer master.
thanks

Hi
Single order multiple deliveries
If you want a single item say the order qty 50 units and you want that to be done as 4 or 5 deliveries you have to tick maximum no of partial deliveries in CMR sales area level shipping tab
If your sales order has 4 or 5 items out of that if you want to deliver only two items for that, in the delivery initial screen after shipping pt and sales order no from item and to item if you choose suppose 10 and 20 (what is there in sales order) then the first two items in the sales order gets copied in the delivery doc
One more check at the sales order header level shipping tab there is a complete delivery field
Pls ensure that is not selected
Hi Pranav
You had asked for this product proposal whether can be used in contracts
Very much possible
Create a proposal wth order type MS and assign the proposal no in CMR
While creating Contract in VA41 in the overview screen from the menu go to edit-additional fns-propose items or crtl + F11
In VA41 t code after inputting the order type when the item overview screen comes there in top menu bar edit-additional fns-propose items or crtl + F11
Item proposal popup will come and you can choose
I have tested this also
From the item overview screen it is available in VA41 or you can use keys crtl+F11
If not available then you have to check which version you are in?
ECC 5.0 and ECC 6.0 both of them have got this

Dear Pranav
Go to VA02, input the sale order reference and execute. There double click on the line item for which you want to make delivery. Now click on "Schedule lines" and see whether 10 nos. if flowing in "Confirmed qty". If not, do availabillity check and if stock is available, the balance 5 nos. will also be confirmed. Now create delivery.
thanks

Hi Pranav
Right now i am at home without SAP access
But i think there in VOV7 item cat details go to completion rule and change the key as item is completed as the target qty is completely referred
After changing the completion rule pls test it once again
I hope this will help you
Are you getting that item proposal in that VA41?

Raja
Dear Pranav
From the error message what you have indicated, it seems, in some routine which you have assigned in VTLA, some control is applied with the help of ABAPer and I am not sure whether my conclusion is correct.
Anyway, please check in VTLA whether you have maintained as follows:-
At Header
Order requirements::::::::001
Combination requirmt:::::051
Header Data::::::::::::::::::001
At Item Category
Order requirements:::::::::::::::101
Item data:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::101
Pos./neg. quantity:::::::::::::::::+
thanks

Hi
There is no specific setting to make the multiple delivery for one sales order. If you have set
Partial delivery per item 'B' in sales area -- shipping tab of sold to party.
Hope this will help you.
Thx.
