With a Admin Correction, the current processor is unable to be set. The Change manager is the only who can do the admin. change. How can it be assigned to any other one else ?

SAP clearly shows here, they failed to understand the concepts of ITIL. How could they come to the conclusion that the change manger is the only one that can make administrative changes?! One would think that the title manager would hint to them that the manger u201Cmanagesu201D the change. Part of managing is that there should be clear trail of who does what. This process clearly fails in doing this. The worst is they are too arrogant to admit in their failings and try and correct them.
