CCMS Agent configuration register button

Dear Experts,

I am trying to configure ccms agent at remote system for central system through visual administrar at remote monitor system . I have copied the csmconf file to its location and giving the password of administrator user and CSMREG user but register button is not highlighted .

I have copied the file csmconf created at CEN system to remote monitoring system .

Pl. advice .

Hi ,

Please refer the below mentioned note to register CCMS Agent.

Note 817714 - Agent registration not possible from Visual Administrator

CCMSR agent can be installed in the same way as we are using to install CCM4X agent.
