The meta data for the IDOC type "DESADV01" is unavailable

Hi ,

I am getting this message in SM58 transaction. The meta data for the IDOC type "DESADV01" is unavailable. I have read other threads related to this issue but thoes solution didnt help.

There is no error in connectivity with the target system. I checked in SM59.

Can someone please provide me the solution?
