Hi SAP Experts,

When I am running the report s_alr_87013531 the actual expenditure is zero.please tell me from where it capture the relevent data.Whatever I am procuring for an activity Its cost is coming under actual cost and plan cost is coming form material master.Even direct payments against wbs and expenditure through f-02 are coming in actual cost.I want to know what will come under expenditure column and where i will have to maintain the values.

The T Code S_ALR_87013531 is more relevant to look for Revenue based.

You would be able to view the following reports by click on icon "Call up report"

Project actual cost line items

Project plan cost line items

Project commitment line items

Project budget line items

Project structure plan costs line items

Project actual payment line items

Project plan payment line items

Project results analysis line items

Besides above, you can get actual and planned costs report in S_ALR_87013544.

coming to back capturing relevant of actual cost data, that's all depending the selction of various cost elements while posting. you can check with your CO consultant for CE structure and find out whether postings are taking proper place.
