Unable to read software component versions from System Landscape Directory

Hi All,

In my case I am able to login to SLD and create my technical system, business system and SCV. But when I login to Integration Repository I am not able to transfer from SLD - Import SCV.

I am getting the error " Unable to read software component versions from System Landscape Directory"

Could you let me know how to debug this.

Hi,

Refer this note: 768148

USE Tcode SLDAPICUST to fill the user PIAPPLUSER and its password. Also please check if the user is locked. If so unlock and change its password.

My SLDCHECK AND SLDAPICUST are perfect. I am getting everything fine in SLDCHECK, what exact checks do I carry out in SLDAPICUST ?

Apart from this what other things I need to check?

1) check weather SLDCHECK AND SLDAPICUST are perfect

2) refresh cache.

Hi,

Check the tcode SLDCHECK , if returns error then goto tcode SLDAPICUST and check for the user and password. try to delete and rewrite the password.

Also test in Visual Admin->Cluster>Services>SLD Data Supplier> if the test connection is ok.
