hi abapers

how to save the output of sap script in sap so that can retrieve the saved document later.

i have to save the rcia output from sap script in pdf document in sap so that it can be retrieved later

how to use dms

Hi,

When you give print of your script (usually using locl/lokl printer) a spool is generated. Go to transaction SP01 and check the spool generated by clicking on the preview button. You will be able to see the output.. you can use this soop number stored in SAP later to view or convert it into PDF too.

hi,

when ever we give a print or execute the script form a spool is created, now design a program use that spool and convert it into pdf file and user furthur. for converting the spool to pdf following is are the function modules help you converting the spool.

RSPO_RETURN_SPOOLJOB

CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF

CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF
