Integrated Catalog - link doesnt work

Hi all,

We are in SRM_SERVER 5.5 support pack 11 on Win NT. We are implementing punchout catalog. I have configured external web service - both intergrated and standard call structure. Cutomer is preferring integrated.

Standard (pop up) works fine. With Integrated, the punchout page appears just fine. but the links and buttons doesnt respond to mouse click.

Any idea??

What Call-Up Parameters are you using for the integrated scenario?

I am using :

~OkCode = ADDI fixedvalue

~caller = CTLN fixedvalue

~target = _top fixedvalue (I tried with and w/o this parameter, no use)

and other 3rd party specific fields.

As I said the parameters are passed to the site and I get the required page. after getting the page, the click event on any lick is not captured with in integrated fram.

Hi,

The last post indicated you have parameter CTLN, I assume this is a typo and should be CTLG.

In any case, only SAP catalogs are generally supported for inframe use as the call parameters are different, enternal manufacturer catalogs should use the standard (external) call structure.
