Stop due to CPIC reason

hi to all

here i am facing a problem due to workprocess stop and reason is CPIC.

Work process no. = 0

Type = DIA

Process ID = 7660

Status = stopped

Reason for waiting = CPIC

Restart = Yes

Terminations

that situation comes when my SD consultant is craeting Customers..

he had added all the necessary feilds but When Saving the XD01 the system keeps work process busy and the Customer is not getting generated.

The Work process is running due to CPIC reason and the status is stopped in the SM66 ,

I have checked the number Ranges as well but the same is fine.

It shows there is enough memory space.

Why the system is unable to ghenerate the Customers.
