Unable to create Customers

Dear SAP Experts !

There is some problem in SD with creation of Customers:

I have added all the necessary feilds but When Saving the XD01 the system keeps work process busy and the Customer is not getting generated.

The Work process is running due to CPIC reason and the status is stopped in the SM66 ,

I have checked the number Ranges as well but the same is fine.

*The Report of the SM66 Shows:

Work process no. 1

Type DIA

Process ID 2324

Status stopped

Reason for waiting CPIC

Restart Yes

Terminations

Waiting for semaphore

It shows there is enough memory space.

Why the system is unable to ghenerate the Customers.

Hi

I think it has occupied more space in the hard disk. and that is the reason you are not able to create the customer.But just logoff from the server and once again login and then work then it will work fine

Because error has been posted and the last 2 lines tell about the memory space only and it generally happens sometimes if we go use any other batchjobs or any other programme.

Check the error he has posted which gives clarity

Dear Sri Nath,

There is no other work process in the SM66 Table as today there are very less users logged in.

Why question is the report of SM66 shows:

My CRM server is down is that the reason.. But generally when it is down the CUstomers always gets created.

Hi

If your CRM server is down then customers get created sometimes . But whenever your server is down integrate with the BASIS consultant. As They will help you in solving the problem

Problem related to CRM server..which down that why proper RFC is not established .....

ok

now he got the solution after restarting CRM server.
