Billing Type how many Order Types exists

Can we find for a BillingType how many Order Types exists.

Hi Bharath,

You can maintain default billing type and delivery types for a sales document type in the control data of each sales document.But you can not maintain the default sales document types in the control data of billing doc type.

Still if you want to find the relevant sales document types for a particular billing doc, goto copy controls and search for the sales doc types those have been linked through copy controls with your billing document.

It will result you no of possible sales doc for a billing doc.

Hi,

Goto SE16, Enter TVAK and press enter.

Selection screen, In MENU>Settings>Fields for selection.

Select AUART, FKARV and FKARA.

Enter billing type in Dlv billing type or Ord-rel billing type and press execute.

you can see sales document types and billing type.

It is actually the other way around

For a particular order type how many billing types it can pick up?

In VOV8 you will see there can be maximum three

Order related

Delivery related

Intercompany

A particular sales doc type can pick up any of these three mentioned in VOV8

Sorry not clear

Any how Go to VOFA transaction to find the all billing types.

Go to VOV8 to find the all sales document types.

If you want to find copy control between sales order to billing go to VTFA transaction
