Dear GB,

First of all You check all these settings.

Check the customer tax classification in the customer master data>sales area data>Billing tab is it relevant CST (Against C form).

Check the Material Tax classification in the material master.

Check the tax code for the JIN7 in FTXP transaction.

Check the condition record for the UTXJ with respect to that tax code.

If all fine now you can try to Update the price in the Billing document By going to item data -->conditions tab then click on Update button(If the billing document not released to the accounting).

If still not updated or invoice has been released to accounting means you need to cancel the invoice then you need to do the reverse PGI through VL09 transaction then do the delivery deletion now you go to VA02 transaction Update the price by going to the item data-->Conditions tab then click on Update.

If still not getting updated then go to sales order >item data>conditions tab-->Click on Analysis proceed according to the analysis given by the system.

I hope this will help you,

Regards,

Murali.

Dear GB

Assuming that Accounting Document has not been generated for the said invoice, maintain the correct percentage in FTXP and assign the tax code in UTXJ. Now go to VF02, input the billing document and execute. Go to condition tab and click on "Update" button and again double click on "G". Now check whether the VAT condition type is flowing.

If Accounting Document is generated, then you have to cancel the billing document.

thanks
