Creation of Delivery in past

Dear All,

i am creating sales order of past date. Enter req. delivery date past,pricing date past. But system is confirming schdule line on today's date. Hence it is not allowing me to create delivery in past.

Aval. check is '02,.

Any I/P on this issue.

Try with this method.

In VL01N, maintain the "Selection Date" as it is (by default, system date will flow) and change the "Actual GI Date" and do PGI. Of course you may be aware, you can predate to previous period only if the MM period is open; otherwise, you have to post in current period only.

what you have written is write. I have already done this.

But i want to know why system is giving today's date as schedule line date.

Even I trying to change manually,system giving warning and changind today's date.

I think it should allow to schdule on past date also.

Do you want to say anything about this?

Dear Sainath,

First Check:

T. Code: VOV8

Select your Salese Doc. Type and go in to Details-Page.

Uncheck Box: Proposed Delivery Date

As, it will always Delivery Date as Today's Date in Sales Order

Hi Amit,

here what i am doing in availablity check is '02'.

And material availability date

Pick/pack time,lead time,etc all are '0'.

Might be some small setting missing.

Even stock is available on past date.
