cargo customs declaration number

Hi Gurus,

I need to print the cargo customs declartion number in delivery note,but I am not sure from where the system pick this value.If anybody have idea on where to maintain this value.

Dear Hari Challa

There is no specific field for this according to my knowledge. You can however maintain the same in Delivery by clicking "Goto -- Header -- Foreign Trade/Customs". There you can see sub tab "Comments". You can maintain the same before generating invoice and later fetch to print out.

Dear Hari,

You can maintain this in the delivery Header Text by configuraing the text dtermination for the delivery document.

Transaction code for Text determination is VOTXN.

You define the Text Type as CCDN - cargo customs declartion number.

Assign this text type in your Delivery Header text procedure.

When ever you create delivery you just go to >Header data->Text here you can maintain the respective data for the CCDN text id.

From the delivery Text you can capture these data in to the delivery output with the help of ABAPer.
