Hi Gurus,

Could anybody share their thoughts on cvc equalization, when and why we have to go for it

Hi Raj,

CVC Equalisation means levelling of all the CVS in a demand planning system. This has to be done to bring uniformity of all CVCs.

Some of the other benefits are:-

. To check Duplicate entries

Do the new entries exist already?

· Type

Dos the new entries have the correct entry format u2013 numerical entry only, alphanumerical?

· Special characters

Do the new entries contain special characters that are not allowed?

· Conversion routine

Are the prerequisites for the conversion routine for the characteristic fulfilled?
