smartform Address Node Formating

Hi all,

i'm working on PO form,

i need to display vendor address, i'm able to fetch data but not able to keep it in a rght place.

vendor address : satyam comp,

mg road,

bangalore.

here i'm not able to keep address in front of vendor address, how to format this.

Hi create a template according to the format u want and then palce ur text node in the appropriate places, just ensure that in the template u are proving adequate space to fit the text node, rest all would be fine then.

Hello Suprit,

Make use of templates to control specific variables you want to write on the places. Using character as controlling the length will help to write the variable after 'Vendor Address :' else if you do the trial of preview and adjusting place with unit as inches or centimeters.

Use Tabs in Paragraph formats, and give the exact position in tabs. Assign that paragraph format to the fields.

store vendor address : satyam comp, to a variable v_vendor(string type)..

mg road(this string) to v_road

and bangalore(string) to another variable..

use three variable in the text

(like &v_vendor&

&v_road& ) next line in the change editor...
